The band has released their first single today from the new album. It’s the title track Look. Call your local radio stations and tell them to play it!

I’ve also added a feed of the bands twitter to your left.

Look will be released on iTunes on August 18th and will be $7.99! Get it everyone! Lets get them up on the charts!

First off I want to mention that Look is rumored to be released on August 18th on iTunes. I saw it on facebook somewhere and I haven’t asked the guys yet so I can’t say that I’m 100% sure of this. I’ll get back to you all on that.

The gallery has a new theme. It has also been renamed to Imagery if you haven’t already figured that out. I think it’s pretty sweet! If you’ve been to a show recently and took pictures or recorded video you can send them into me at chhhrrriiisss@gmail.com.

Last night I was up pretty late and I created a horrible flier for the upcoming tour. With that said this morning I have been working for over an hour on a new one. I am really, really pleased with this one and I hope you guys will all use them. You all can print them in color on nice paper and put them up in important places. After you do that take one to a place with a copy machine (staples or something), copy a bunch and hand them out like crazy! Get those venues packed out with people!!! (thats an order!)

On the subject of Promoting the band for the tour I’m thinking about getting together a team of fans to promote the band in NYC on the 20th. Anyone interested in bugging people on the streets with other fans? Let me know!

Last, I uploaded the new live photos from the bands myspace as well as some random logo images.

Before I go here are some awesome new banners you can use everywhere to promote the band! Did I mention that linking back to this site with them would be abundantly cool?

So the gallery is currently a HUGE mess. I have renamed it “Imagery” and it is finally up and running. However, all of the live photos that have been submitted by fans are completely unsorted. If you have sent in any photos and see your images in the “Misc. Live Shots” section PLEASE let me know. You can comment here with the link to the album with your name, the date of the show and the venue if needed. I’ll be very very grateful.

Last night I sent Ryan some interview questions about life, tour and the new album. I’ll have them posted in the next couple of days for you all to enjoy!

Lastly, the new album will be sold at the shows listed above so go get it! From what I heard it will also be available online digitally as well.

We are currently discussing putting together a new street team for Resident Hero. If you have any ideas we are discussing it here in the forum.

I also made a facebook page for the site so you can add it as a friend and get notifications for the site in your news feed.

As many of you probably already know Resident Hero has been getting some airplay at a station in Tyler, TX. Hopsbride has started a new mission in the streetteam section of the board. The mission is basically to keep that airplay going.

With that said, many parts of the site are back up and running. The only thing I am still working on is the gallery and discography / lyrics section.

Hey everybody welcome to the new look of Resident Hero Fans! As you can see we are now located at both residentherofans.com and residentherofans.net. Both links will be in working order always.

Currently the only parts of the site that work are this main page and the forum. I apologize for that and I am trying my hardest to get the full site back up tonight.

I want to let everyone that doesn’t know that three songs are available for FREE to download in MP3 format from the guys upcoming record Look on the forum. You can also download 3 of the bands previous albums and an ep there.

There are a couple shows coming up on the 23rd and the 24th in California. You should check them out if you’re in the area.

Jay sent out a message to everyone in the facebook group today mentioning the two upcoming dates as well as an upcoming tour through California, Washington and Oregon. He also mentioned the album will be released this summer and an acoustic tour through Texas in May.
